Artists will need to provide up to 18 color-corrected, cropped digital image jpegs of their artwork at 100 resolution, with the largest dimension 1000 pixels. Name each piece with your last name, first initial, and the number you want it to appear, example: naylort1.jpeg, naylort2.jpeg. Also, please enter the following information in your xmp metadata: the title in the Document Title space, and medium/ dimensions/ price (use slashes instead of returns) in the Description space. This information will appear below your image. If you can't access your xmp metadata, send me the info in an email. (In Photoshop it is File>File Info.)
The fee for your gallery is $30/year. You can send your images via email or mail a CD, but your fee must be paid by check and mailed to: Anne Pfeiffer, 4616 Rosecrest Rd., Roanoke, VA 24018. If for any reason you are unhappy with your representation on this site, we will refund your fee for that year. Feel free to email us if you have any questions.
